After hearing Emily-Rose chatting to Lauren our photographer on Lauren's podcast I knew I needed her on our team. Emily-Rose is the most gentle, friendly and lovely human with the best banter and positive vibes anyone needs on their wedding day.
I booked her for our ceremony music and added on make-up and I'm so glad I did as she made me feel incredible (all day as my make-up lasted through a windy outdoor ceremony, a forest, a misty beach and non-stop dancing).
Listening to her play, watching our guests arrive as we finished up getting ready was magical. Trying to narrow down songs for pre-ceremony and during was so tough as Emily-Rose has a list of 100s of amazing songs to choose from and she'll even learn a brand new song for you. Thank you so much Emily-Rose for everything, from every email, to my trial, the chilled morning, and for singing through the bitter cold and wind. I originally met Emily-Rose when I was bridesmaid for my sister-in-law. I knew immediately I wanted her to do make-up for my own wedding. This was not only for her natural & glowy make-up but how she made everyone feel on the day. She brightened the room with her chat and personality.
Thankfully, she had availability in June 23 and did make-up for my mum, bridesmaids and I. The elements were definitely against us being one the hottest days of the year ☀️ but that make-up did not budge despite sweat, laughs and lots of happy tears! Looking fresh in every single photo.
My mum would never pamper herself, get her make-up or put herself first. I know Emily-Rose picked up on this straight away, she took additional time with my mum to boost her confidence. This meant the absolute world to me ❤
Emily-Rose sang during our ceremony. There were plenty of song choices to choose from and the acoustic covers were perfect for the rustic feel of our venue.
I would recommend Emily-Rose to everyone. During the wedding planning process she is definitely one of the individuals who stood out to me. She is not simply a make-up artist, a singer but an exceptional human whose ability to make each member of the bridal party feel special which carries with them for the whole day.

Emily-Rose was such a brilliant addition to our day. She has such a wide range of songs available to choose from (everything from George Ezra to Fleetwood Mac and everything in between) which we loved. She played for us through the ceremony and drinks reception. The package includes that she learns a song too, which allowed us to include a special song to us in our ceremony.
It was easy to get in touch with her if we had any queries, and a pleasure to chat to on zoom to chat through our plan for the day.

From finding Emily-Rose on Instagram and hearing her sing Bob Marley we knew she was the singer for us. Not only has she the most amazing voice, but she is such a warm and beautiful soul. All communications have been prompt and cheerful and nothing was ever too much trouble.
